Mumtaz Chaudhary is a change management expert who partners with CIOs and executive teams to lead the people side of technology transformation. As Co‑Founder of Pragilis Solutions, she focuses on helping organizations translate strategy and system implementations into real adoption, behaviour change, and sustained business impact.

 

She has led and advised on complex transformations including ERP and enterprise-wide change initiatives, with a focus on building change capability, strengthening leadership alignment, and addressing the root causes of resistance across IT and operational teams.

 

Mumtaz is also an instructor at UBC Sauder School of Business and serves as a Board Governor with the Business Council of British Columbia. She is known for her highly interactive, practical facilitation style, helping senior leaders move beyond theory and apply change management approaches in real moments that matter.
