How can a global team of change agents evolve from within? How does a software observability organization transform itself? And how does a company renowned for helping others innovate itself?
Sometimes, the most challenging transformations occur within the very functions that lead the way in change!
In this session, Colleen Kozak, Chief Transformation Officer at Dynatrace, will share her leadership journey in steering one of the most diverse global software companies of our time through its own transformation.
Colleen will offer her unique insights and learnings from this internal modernization in the following topics:
- How Colleen is approaching the evolution of Dynatrace’s policies, people, processes, and culture.
- Firsthand observations on the implications of Generative AI, along with its impact on policy, security, and job functions within the organization.
- How the entire role and responsibilities of IT leaders are shifting and adapting to new rules to meet the demands of a next-gen workforce.
- How your ecosystem of partners, customers and advocates impact business evolution, and where they can support these changes efficiently within the organization.
Colleen is looking forward to a thought-provoking, open-mic, idea-sharing forum with attendees where topics can be tabled and discussed.
Join Dynatrace and their co-sponsor Unilogik for a deep exploration of the best practices to navigate organizational change at scale.
