• Early Career  – Earned both undergraduate and MBA degrees in the heart of Silicon Valley.   Began as a SW developer at world-class companies including Apple, Hewlett-Packard, and Ross Stores, gaining deep technical and operational experience.
• Executive IT Leadership – Led IT organizations across multiple Silicon Valley startups and publicly traded companies, driving technology-enabled growth and operational excellence.
• Scaling Global Delivery – Served as Head of Global Delivery at Menlo Technologies, where I helped the firm achieve 5x growth and successfully exit through acquisition.
• Thought Leadership – Frequent conference speaker on product development and AI, and active member of StartupNV, mentoring and collaborating within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Entrepreneurship – Founded SpurTree USA to expand and scale global technology services, complementing a strong delivery base in Bangalore, India.
• Personal – Based in Boca Raton, Florida with my wife of 21 years and our two daughters. Passionate about the ocean, with hobbies including open-water swimming and scuba diving.
