This highly interactive CISO‑only session brings together cybersecurity leaders from across Canada for a practical, collaborative session focused on real‑world leadership challenges and solutions. Through a World Café format, participants will rotate across tables to explore what has worked, and what hasn’t, in areas such as AI, incident response, talent strategy, governance, and partnerships including at the federal (CCCS) level. The session may include brief real‑world perspectives from law enforcement as well as examples of how AI is being used effectively today. Expect lively discussion, candid insights, and takeaways you can apply immediately.
