Larry is President of Field Operations at Apptio, an IBM company, where he oversees revenue generation, channel strategy, sales excellence, customer success and marketing. Since joining Apptio in 2009, he has played a pivotal role in scaling growth and helping clients around the role demonstrate business value across technology investments. With over 20 years of enterprise software experience, Larry has led high-performing sales teams at HP Software, Opsware, and Veritas Software, contributing to multiple successful acquisitions. A former U.S. Army officer, he holds an MBA from The George Washington University.

Andrea Seitz, Director, Strategy, Policy & Programs, Enbridge Inc.

Andrea leads the Office of the CIO at Enbridge, overseeing technology strategy, cost transparency, value optimization, performance management, IT financial management, and the IT Project Management Office.

Since stepping into the role, Andrea has focused on optimizing IT spend to drive business value and has been at the forefront of technology modernization, innovation, and cost competitiveness.  In 2023, Andrea received the TBM Council Pacesetter Award, recognizing Enbridge's leadership in innovative and efficient technology management globally. With two decades of leadership experience in technology across various industries, including Utilities, Oil & Gas, and the Public Sector, Andrea holds an MBA from the University of Alberta and is a Certified Technology Business Management Executive through the TBM Council.
