NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of THE CIO ASSOCIATION OF CANADA (the "Association") is called for and will be held electronically via Microsoft Teams videoconferencing on the 30th day of October, 2025, at 12:30 PM (EDT) for the following purposes:

1. To receive the audited financial statements of the Association for the financial year 
   ended June 30, 2025.
2. To elect Directors of the Association.
3. To appoint the Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year.
4. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.

TO REGISTER FOR THE MEETING:

If you are attending: Please register here. Registration will close 72 hours in advance of the meeting, at 12:30 PM (EDT), October 27, 2025.

Notification will be provided once The 2025 AGM documents are available.

AVIS est par les présentes donné que l'assemblée générale annuelle (AGA) des membres de L'ASSOCIATION DES CIO DU CANADA (l'" Association ") est convoquée et se tiendra électroniquement par vidéoconférence Microsoft Teams le 30e jour d'octobre 2025, à 12 h 30 (HAE), aux fins suivantes :

1. Recevoir les états financiers vérifiés de l'Association pour l'exercice terminé le 30 juin 2025.
2. Élire les administrateurs de l'Association.
3. Nommer les vérificateurs de l'Association pour l'année à venir.
4. Traiter toute autre question qui pourrait être soumise à l'assemblée.
