In this interactive session, Ross Ballendine, Calgary Chapter President, will share his organization’s firsthand experience co-developing its first autonomous decision-making AI. Ross will walk through the original objectives, the approach taken and the rationale behind it, the value proposition, and the metrics intentionally excluded, and why. He will also reflect on the unexpected outcomes that emerged from a six-month journey and address the critical question: Can an agentic approach truly deliver on its intended goals?
