NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

 

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of THE CIO ASSOCIATION OF CANADA (the "Association") is called for and will be held electronically via Microsoft Teams videoconferencing on the 29th day of October, 2026, at 12:30 PM (EDT) for the following purposes:

  1. To receive the audited financial statements of the Association for the financial year 
    ended June 30, 2026.
  2. To elect Directors of the Association.
  3. To appoint the Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year.
  4. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.

 

TO REGISTER FOR THE MEETING:

If you are attending: Please register here. Registration will close 72 hours in advance of the meeting, at 12:30 PM (EDT), October 26, 2026.

 

Notification will be provided once The 2026 AGM documents are available.
