The Edmonton Chapter of CIOCAN invites you to a new ‘Thought Leadership’ stream, focusing on transformation execution.

This initial in-person session, Storytelling will be led by Dean Doige and Rita Lazar-Tippe, two veteran members of the CIO Association of Canada, who bring a powerhouse combination of 60 years of IT leadership experience to the table.

Transformation succeeds when leaders can align people quickly, choose decisively, focus scarce capacity, and scale execution. This hands‑on series gives IT executives the operating system to do exactly that.

Storytelling sharpens your narrative, so every stakeholder understands the “why,” the “win,” and their role—building momentum and political cover.
Decision Making replaces debate with clarity using simple, defensible mechanisms to commit under uncertainty.
Prioritization helps you ruthlessly sequence work to protect value, not just activity.
Delegation distributes ownership without diluting intent, turning plans into accountable outcomes.

Across four fast‑paced sessions, you’ll bring a real transformation initiative, apply the frameworks live, and leave each session with artifacts you can reuse. If you’re ready to move from “strategy in slides” to “value in production,” this series is for you.
